Account, profile & orientation

In this lesson you will learn: App vs marketing site: https://app.lucysounds.com vs https://lucysounds.com. Sign-in and where profile, catalog, and payouts live in the product. How LUCY Academy opens from the site and from inside the app.

Your **workspace** is the LUCY app at **https://app.lucysounds.com**. Sign in at **https://app.lucysounds.com/login**. LUCY is built as a **music social** product: **releases**, **feed**, **DMs**, and **collaboration** sit next to **distribution** and **money**—one shell for shipping music and talking to listeners and peers.

Two sites, one artist

**app.lucysounds.com** — logged-in app: catalog, releases, feed, messages, money, and settings.. **lucysounds.com** — marketing site: story, pricing, and **LUCY Academy** at **https://lucysounds.com/academy** (this same lesson catalog). The app can **embed** Academy full-screen so you stay in one place while you learn.

Core surfaces in the app

**Profile & account** — identity, payout, and territory: keep them current before royalty months.. **Studio** — creative workspace and sessions on the way to release (see the **Studio** lesson; **Studio Access** depends on your plan).. **Catalog / releases** — drafts through validation to delivery: one source of truth for what is live.. **Feed & messages** — social layer beside distribution; follow the same **Terms** and community rules as any other account.

Industry snapshot

Sessions don’t automatically cross **app.lucysounds.com** and **lucysounds.com**—Academy sign-in uses **return_to** through the app login so your **cloud progress** on lessons matches the account you signed in with.
